3 Weeks Old!

Emma is now 3 weeks old! She weighed 7 lbs 8 oz at her last doctor's appointment, and had grown almost an inch in length! She LOVES to be outdoors...as you can see above relaxing in the yellow flowers! We cannot believe it has already been 3 weeks, and are enjoying watching her grow every day! Our little angel is almost 2 weeks old!!! We can't believe it! She is doing well - gaining weight and starting to get a little personality! She is loving being outside - she enjoys laying outside on a blanket and listening to the sounds and looking at the trees and leaves! Emma's First Week

Emma has had a long first week home, but she is doing very well! Mom and Dad are super tired, but she is such a little angel - it is worth it! Emma is finally here!!!

Emma Anne McCully was born on Sunday, March 8, 2009, at 4:20 am via c-section! She is a healthy little girl, weighing in at 6 lbs 9 oz and 19" long!! She continues to grow and is more alert and interested every day. She is such a blessing...we are so thankful to finally have her in our arms to hold!! More pictures to follow!!

36 Weeks and Counting!!!

We spent Valentine's day taking some maternity photos, to document the belly before baby Emma arrives! We had a great time, and ended up with some fun pictures! Everything else is going well...we have another doctors appointment today and hopefully baby Emma is growing as she should be! Christine has cut back to part-time at work - as the full days were exhausting. We are almost finished packing our hospital bag, and the nursery is down to the final details!!

Nursery

We are starting to put the finishing touches on Emma's nursery - complete with her name on the wall above the crib! We are very happy with how her nursery has turned out! We had another doctor's appointment yesterday, and Emma is measuring well and her heart sounds good....but found out that mom has to start cutting back on work hours. We are in the home stretch - and are just so excited to meet our little Emma soon!

Christine @ 33 Weeks

Here is an updated picture of Christine at 33 1/2 weeks pregnant. Mom and baby are doing well - our last checkup showed normal growth measurements. Christine is getting increasingly uncomfortable - especially at night - but we are hanging in there! Just ~ 6 weeks until the due date! Emma is kicking and rolling around a lot - we think she is getting excited to meet everyone!
