Beach Weekend

We spent Memorial Day Weekend at Daytona Beach with friends.  We went out on Friday and spent the evening just Emma, Daddy, and Mommy - and went putt-putt golfing.  Was a blast!  Emma loved "golfing with Daddy!" Then a bunch of our friends came out on Saturday and enjoyed our one sunny day!  We got a little beach time on Sunday - before TS Beryl brought in some much needed rain.  We had a great time, with great friends, and had some great food (Mommy enjoyed!!!)!  Enjoy a few of our favorite pictures!

Last Day of Preschool

Today was Emma's last day of her "2 Day Two's" preschool @ Maitland Community Preschool!  She had such a wonderful year - we will be sad to not see her little friends and awesome teachers weekly!  We are so proud of her though - what a difference in the sweet, precious, shy girl who started last August...she is so much more social and is learning so much!  We are excited for a wonderful summer - but will miss her class!

Froggy Morning

Every morning Emma and I check the pool for frogs - and this morning we weren't disappointed!  We found 3 frogs trying to get out.  We got a net and rescued them safely into the grass...and got to watch/learn about them!  My little nature girl!

"Dr. Emma"

"Dr. Emma" worked on Casey this afternoon - it was so cute!  He had a seizure while we were on the front porch - so she went running for her doctor kit and said she would fix him!  She did a full exam, and said "It doesn't look good."  She gave him a couple of shots and a bandage and he walked away fine a few minutes later!  Good thing the doctor was in [and that Casey is such a good sport]!

Summer

Emma and I have been enjoying the warm weather - and the pool is starting to follow suit and warm up.  She is doing great swimming - remembering a lot of what she learned last year.  She is swimming almost all the way to the wall (to me) underwater with her goggles on - and loving it!  She holds up all her fingers and begs to swim that many more times to me!  

We have also been having lots of fun with crafts!  Today, we made adorable handprint flowers {shhh, for Mother's Day}, as well as making a fairy garden {thanks for the inspiration MeMe!}!  Enjoy some pictures of our fun today...more pics and videos to come of swimming!

Easter Weekend

The McCully's had a wonderful Easter weekend. Our week started with an Easter Egg Hunt at Emma's school on Wednesday, followed by her class party! Lots of fun - Emma loved running around finding eggs - and she found a ton! Then we had our annual church FPCO Easter Egg Hunt and butterfly release on Friday morning. Luckily the storms held out until after we were done - and she had a great time helping set up and finding LOTS of eggs! Then we went to church on Sunday and enjoyed the Easter service - and then headed to Cocoa for "linner." Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Skiing

I think the pictures show it all - Emma is a ski bunny!!! We had a wonderful trip to Montana - a late season/last minute trip to get some much needed R&R and snow in this year! Emma was a natural - getting geared up and actually going skiing by herself! She went about 100 yards with Daddy running in front of her to catch her - would get to the end and want to do it again. She also went on a few lifts and down a few runs with Daddy holding her between his legs. She loved it - as did Mommy & Daddy. Enjoy!
