We celebrated our first Mother's Day last weekend - and Emma's turning 9 weeks old! We had a wonderful weekend, spent relaxing in Daytona Beach! Emma enjoyed the beach - the sound of the waves and the breeze put her to sleep! She is growing so much - and is smiling all the time now (especially the lovely mornings - she IS a morning person)! She is also getting better at leaning up while you hold her hands, and holding her head steady. She now LOVES to be sitting up - and will get fussy if we lay her down! Emma is now 11 weeks old! She is starting to develop a little personality - and graces us daily with her awesome smiles! We went to Daytona Beach for Memorial Day and she LOVED it! She loved just sitting down by the beach and feeling the breeze, and even liked her feet in the ocean! We had a good week - she is now eating more ounces at a time but less frequently! She is gaining weight steadily - is now up to almost 13 lbs!!! Emma is also working hard on her neck muscles - she is doing better and better with her tummy time!
