A Little Bit of Mambo!!!

OK, couldn't resist...Emma was dancing last night to "Mambo #5" and it was adorable. Got a great video of dancing, practicing to stand (downward dog pose!), and walking! Also a couple of cute pics from Friday in her nursery (above)!

Walking Well!

Here are a couple of new videos of Emma walking! She is doing so well - walking ALL over the house by herself! She has also gotten pretty loud...and will walk around the house "talking" and smiling! She is also starting to learn/practice how to stand up from sitting on the floor and start walking! Enjoy!!!

Destin Weekend Trip!

We went to Destin, FL this past weekend to meet up with John's cousin Hank, his wife Dana, and their 1 year old daughter Sophie! We were hoping that the little girls would have a great time playing together - and they DID!!! It was adorable...they would walk around "talking" to each other and just playing. Of course, Sophie wanted to play with Emma's toys, and Emma wanted to play with Sophie's toys. Unfortunately, the weather was bad - so we played in the condo most of the time...but we did get to take the girls to the beach for a little while on Monday. Emma did great on the car rides up and back...and actually had a great night sleeping through the night last night :-) Enjoy some pictures of our weekend!

More walking!

Walking, walking, walking! We are practicing away! Emma has taken up to 20 steps on her own...she still gets so proud of herself after a successful walk! Now if we could only get her to sleep through the night! We have started round 2 of sleep training - we'll see how night #3 goes tonight :-) Enjoy some videos of her walking today!

First Steps!

Well - Emma had an exciting day today! She still has a long way to go - but she took her first steps today!!!! She took 2 to 3 steps this morning for Grandmom and Mama, and tonight she took 5 steps for Mama and Dada!!! What a big girl! She is just too funny! Enjoy a video...
