Easter Weekend

We had a fun filled Easter weekend - starting with an Easter Egg Hunt & Butterfly release hosted by our church on Friday morning at the Cypress Grove Park. What fun!!! All of Emma's local toddler friends came...as well as hundreds of other kids/parents - and the kids had a ball. We watched butterflies be released, hunted for tons of eggs, played on the playground, and then had a picnic lunch! Later that afternoon, we painted some Easter pictures at home!

On Saturday, we worked around our house/yard and went swimming! Emma enjoyed it as usual - using her new goggles for the first time!!!

Then, on Sunday, we went to church, and then to Cocoa to visit Granmom, Grandad, and Uncle Michael. E had so much fun eating lots of candy and searching for Easter eggs!

Beach

We had another wonderful beach weekend two weeks ago [sorry, a little behind on blogging - taking advantage of an early nap by E now!!!]! We met Grandpa Ric, Grandma Sue, Aunt Debbie, and Aunt Anne in Daytona Beach for some fun in the sun. What a beautiful day it turned out to be! Emma had a great time as usual - getting everyone to chase her around and dig in the sand. We saw lots of dolphins jumping out in the ocean as well! Gorgeous! Enjoy a few pics!

Montana

We traveled to Montana for some spring skiing at the end of March. Had a blast...although didn't quite accomplish all that we {I/Mommy} had wanted with Emma. She did get out and enjoy playing in the snow....and after some convincing...she loved sledding. Couldn't get her to ride in the backpack and ski with Daddy though. Oh well - next year! We visited Granmom, Grandad, & Uncle Michael...and Emma had a great time hanging with them all week. We went to Yellowstone one day {during a blizzard} and saw tons of animals. We'd pull up next to a buffalo on the road, roll the window down, and Emma would say "Hello Buffalo." So cute. Then, "Bye Bye Buffalo." Also saw 2 packs of wolves, coyotes, elk, and a bald eagle. Emma did get on her skis for a hundred yards or so...so according to Daddy - SUCCESS! Enjoy a few of our favorite moments...
