Talking up a Storm!

Emma had her 4 month doctor's appointment today! She is growing well! She weighed 15 lbs, 4.5 oz, and was 24 1/2 inches long. She is in the 80th percentile for weight and head circumference, and the 60th percentile for height! The doctor said that is good though and as soon as she gets mobile she'll thin out! She has also been talking up a storm - we think she's finding her voice! She will just squeal in delight at Mommy & Daddy! She is also laughing a lot - it is the cutest thing ever! She is now in her crib in her nursery and is sleeping pretty well - usually waking up just once a night to eat! She sleeps mostly on her side now too! Enjoy the video below of Emma "talking!"

July 4th - 17 Weeks Old!

Emma is now 17 weeks old - or finally 4 months !!! We traveled to North Carolina for July 4th for a great visit! Emma got to see MeMe and Grandpa Tom, as well as Uncle Bryan, and she got to meet our friends Amy, Seth, and their baby Lena! We had a blast!!! Enjoy pics of the trip from the link below - where Emma got to do a lot of firsts! Emma went out on a boat, swam in a lake, ate rice cereal (not a good idea yet...), and went on her first hike. She did pretty well on the drive up and back, but she was definitely ready to get out of her car seat and be home!!!

16 Weeks Old!

Emma is 16 weeks old today! She has started to laugh this weekend - it is the cutest thing! She is really chattering a lot - we are trying really hard to get a good video of it, but she gets shy as soon as the camera is on! It never fails, as soon as the camera is turned off, she starts talking away again! We'll keep trying - but enjoy some chattering and smiling for now!

15 Weeks Old!

Emma is 15 weeks old today! She is really starting to chatter up a storm! We had her in bed this morning for Father's Day and she just talked and talked! She now weighs 14 lbs 4 oz and is growing like a weed!!!

14 Weeks!

Emma is now 14 weeks old - and is becoming quite the traveler! She went for several walks this week, and saw some ducklings....then visited Judy and Tom in Daytona....then went to Sea World with Mom & Dad! We're having a ball - and so is Emma! Enjoy the slideshow pics of the week below!
